Fall Music Recital by Modern Academy of Music

Fall is a beautiful season. Who doesn't enjoy observing the leaves from the trees and plants changing into multi-colored works of art before finally falling away? The bare and vulnerable branches that are created reveal the true and beautiful scenery underneath.
There are many reasons why I love fall and why I think it's the best season, but here are just a few. Autumn is the "cooling off" months right between the blazing summer and chilling winter. It's the perfect time to start making hot cocoa and lighting a fire in the fireplace. This season creates the perfect setting for a sense of comfort, warmth and reflection.
But it’s also great time to go schooling and there’s no secret that children start a new school year very hard. And to make this process easier and nicer we decided to present a concert as a sign of the beginning of schooling and to fulfill children with joy, happiness, good emotions, positive energy, music energy. Because the process of learning is not only a hard work but also entertaining!
Thanks to Faith Apostolic Church of Carmel, which kindly provided a concert hall, the concert took place in a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Our students were happy to take an active part in such performance. They sang, danced, had fun demonstrating their talents and new and better improved skills. The feeling of a holiday, extra training in performance, more experience playing on stage – all that made the beginning of a new school year less stressful and more desirable!

We improved our concerts by adding professional sound and lighting equipment. The concert ceased to be just a performance. It reached the level of the Show, where new ensemble performances of Kid’s Show Group appeared with the already famous song “Can’t stop the feeling” as well as “Kings and Queens” and “Up down funk”.

At the concert, music of all modern genres sounded. Guitarists simultaneously played and sang. The children sang in different languages. Some students performed songs in Russian, which diversified our event and added some highlight to it.

The concert was ended with a joint collective performance of a song “Fall on me” that was arranged by our student of arrangement class Dmitry Tan with all participants of the recital and with elements of the show.
